ClassyAction offers a free trial so you can explore the app. After that, it's a weekly subscription to access settlements, file claims, and get deadline reminders.
Yes — you get full access to the app during your trial period. You can cancel anytime before it ends and you won't be charged.
You can cancel anytime through your App Store subscription settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ClassyAction → Cancel.
Filing Claims
Download the app, browse open settlements, and tap 'Claim Now' on any you qualify for. Most claims take under 60 seconds to file.
No. Class action claims are designed for individuals to file on their own. ClassyAction guides you through every step.
It depends on the settlement. Some require proof of purchase, others just need you to confirm you were affected. We clearly label which is which.
Settlements & Payouts
Payouts vary by settlement, typically ranging from $5 to $500 per person depending on the case and number of claimants.
Most settlements pay out 1–12 months after the filing deadline. We'll notify you when your payment is on the way.
Payments are sent by the settlement administrator, usually via check or direct deposit. ClassyAction does not handle payments directly.
Unfortunately, claims submitted after the deadline are not accepted. That's why ClassyAction sends you reminders before each deadline closes.
