RevitaLash and RevitaBrow $4.17 Million Settlement: How to File Your Claim
If you've ever bought RevitaLash or RevitaBrow lash and brow serums, you could be owed money.
Athena Cosmetics, the company behind RevitaLash — which it calls the No. 1 selling lash serum in the world — has agreed to a $4.17 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to disclose potential side effects of a key ingredient in its products.
The lawsuit claims that RevitaLash and RevitaBrow products contain dechloro dihydroxy difluoro ethylcloprostenolamide (DDDE), a chemical related to the glaucoma drug Latisse. According to the complaint, Athena Cosmetics did not warn consumers that this ingredient allegedly poses serious side effects, including eye irritation, redness, darkening of the eyelid, and eye inflammation.
Athena Cosmetics has not admitted any wrongdoing. The company denies the allegations and maintains its products are safe.

How much could you get?
It depends on whether you have proof of purchase. If you have a receipt or credit card statement, you can file a claim for each product you bought and receive a cash payment or an approximately $110 product voucher per product. If you don't have proof of purchase, you can still file for a one-time cash payment of at least $20 or one $110 voucher — limited to one per household.
As part of the settlement, Athena Cosmetics has also agreed to update its product labels, packaging, and website descriptions to more accurately reflect the potential health risks.

You have until April 20, 2026 to file your claim. You can submit online or by mail through the settlement website.
