## Who's Eligible
You may qualify if you were a California resident who was charged by HelloFresh for automatic subscription renewals before August 18, 2025, and did not receive a full refund.
Eligible class members can receive a cash refund for all amounts they paid to HelloFresh, subject to any pro rata deductions.
