$7.5M HelloFresh Settlement Over Automatic Renewals
California HelloFresh customers who were automatically renewed without consent can claim cash refunds. Deadline: December 17, 2025.

*November 19, 2025* — HelloFresh has agreed to pay $7.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company automatically renewed subscriptions for California customers without proper consent.
## What HelloFresh Allegedly Did
The lawsuit claims HelloFresh enrolled California customers in automatic subscription renewals without clearly disclosing the terms or obtaining explicit consent, violating California's automatic renewal laws.

You may qualify if you were a California resident who was charged by HelloFresh for automatic subscription renewals before August 18, 2025, and did not receive a full refund.
Eligible class members can receive a cash refund for all amounts they paid to HelloFresh, subject to any pro rata deductions.
