European Wax Center Agrees to $5 Million Settlement Over Alleged Website Tracking

European Wax Center has agreed to a $5 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit over how the salon chain allegedly tracked visitors on its website.
The lawsuit alleges that European Wax Center used pixels, cookies, and other tracking tools on waxcenter.com to share visitor information with third parties without consent. European Wax Center denies wrongdoing and says it agreed to the settlement to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation.
Who qualifies
Any U.S. resident who visited waxcenter.com between June 30, 2023, and April 2, 2026, is eligible. That includes anyone who booked an appointment online during that window — but you don't need to have booked anything to qualify. Just visiting the site is enough.
