Balance of Nature $9.95 Million Settlement: How to File Your Claim

Balance of Nature has agreed to a $9.95 million settlement over claims it falsely advertised the health benefits of its dietary supplements.

The lawsuit alleged that Balance of Nature misled consumers by overstating the health benefits of its Fruits, Veggies, and Fiber & Spice capsules — including claims that the supplements could replace actual fruits and vegetables in your diet. According to the complaint, those claims were misleading, and the company charged a premium because of them.

Balance of Nature has not admitted any wrongdoing.

Who's eligible?

If you purchased any Balance of Nature supplement (Fruits, Veggies, or Fiber & Spice capsules) in the United States between March 28, 2019 and October 27, 2025, you may qualify for a cash payment.

How much can you get?

With proof of purchase, you can receive $6 per unit for up to five units — that's up to $30 per household. Proof of purchase includes a receipt, order confirmation, or account order history from Balance of Nature, Amazon, or Walmart.

Without proof of purchase, you can receive $4 per unit for up to two units — up to $8 per household. You'll just need to provide the store name, purchase date, and product purchased.

Payments will be sent by check or electronic payment.

You have until March 11, 2026 to file your claim. You can submit your claim online through the official settlement website.
